Sorry, but it's not that good map.

You just have seemed to put stuff together without even testing.

True. Most of the coasters on the SA:MP forums I've tested are kinda like this. Un-tested and impossible to complete, in most cases.

Not good. Not tested, bad use of the roads, just not that well constructed together. 4/10.
