SAMP not working - Jimmy - 08.01.2011

Well just installed back SAMP and GTA SA after 1 year
And when i click connect nothing happens,i tried changing administrator accounts but still it did not work,i also tried changing compatibility but still it does not work,i am using windows XP and single player works fine,can anyone help me out please?
