[GM] Harbor Island Freeroam v.3 - Snickers - 01.01.2008

Harbor Island V.3
I was a bit bored of the LS, SF or LV Freeroams, so I decided to make a new city (town) and make a freeroam there.
This is a basic freeroam with vehicle's, objects, player spawns and one command (/help)
This isn't ment to be a full gamemode, so you can, or you're actually supposed to add the rest you need yourself, as long you give credit for the part I made.

There are three parts of the town I made: The basic town some small island and a tropical island.
The islands have everything you see in a city: Bus stops, poles, streetlights, etc. etc.

What is new?
Version 2 has some stunt objects added all over the place, made by Dafel2.
Version 3 has some commands like /mp5, /stuntpos 1-7 etc etc (by Dafel2 again)
