Freezing at logo - iTorran - 07.01.2011

Ever since i upgraded to 0.3c, Everytime i have connected to a server,
It has showed the SA-MP logo and then froze, The loading bar dosent appear or anything,
I have tried running as administrator, uninstalling and reinstalling and running with no other programs at all,
But no matter what i do it always freezes, Uninstalling and reinstalling has only ever worked once,
But that was it, So does anyone have any suggestions? Its really annoying aswell because when it happens,
I need to either turn of my computer or log out so i can close it
