Okay, I have my server found on the list now but I go on it and enter the rcon password etc. When the server opens all I see is Joining Server..... Failed Retrying....... Nonstop. The ping is HORRIBLE! like between (5 - 50) But all I want to do is be able to get it working so I can play on it.

Dumb question here , Did you make sure it is 0.3c , Because the same thing happend to me...litterly like 30 seconds ago,

Somethign is stopping you to enter your server...
Maybe you have some program etc..

Man Could someone try connecting to it for me and tell me if it works. This is what the IP/Port is.
97.90.193.54:7777 My IP + port 7777 is what I use.

Your server is 0.3c, make sure that your client is also 0.3c (the samp program that you run the program from)
From the picture, I can see that it is not (you need the 0.3c client to connect to a 0.3c server).
