How do i make this,
ClassM[playerid] = Create3DTextLabel("Mafiaso",COLOR_YELLOW,30.0,40.0 ,50.0,40.0,0);

Have a black border around it?

You can't as far as I know, what level transparancy are you using?

'FF' would be non-transparent.
