I am willing to learn about, and produce a tutorial/filterscript/possibly include about, something that YOU ask for. The most popular reply will be the one I pick. Stupid replies (such as creating a complex node networking system that creates every NPC in SA and allows them to follow the nodes and react according to the players actions) will be ignored and possibly reported.
