[HELP]OOC Chat/Tutorial removing - Niki... - 04.01.2011

I want to remove OOC chat from script and set that players press just T and write something and it show in general chat.I mean u don't need to wire /ooc, you need to press just T and write, and press enter.

And i want to disable tutorial, how can i do that i tried with /* */ but i get much errors say me what to disable where and how.

I am using GTA:RP.
