You probally have them disabled in your script.

The server you're playing on (if not your own) probably has it disabled. Its a customizable feature that can be changed by server owners.

And he's clearly saying that he's witnessing it on every single server that he's connecting to. I find it hard to believe that every server he's tried has it disabled.
List the servers that you're connecting to beastboy. Some of us can try connecting and we can see if we experience the same thing. If we do, then by some random chance, you really are just connecting to servers that have it disabled. If we don't, then something isn't quite right.
Shouldn't this be moved to client support?
