I have no idea , I asked a friend and he said you don't have to just install the 0.3c Sa-Mp server files and put in the game mode and your done , Try that =)

Just download the newest sa-mp server package from www.sa-mp.com then drag your scripts to the new folder and compile them with the new 0.3c compiler and you're done.
