Cars Mod problem! - Marios - 02.01.2011

I hame AddStaticVehicle for my player(private) and i mod it in-game, then when i log off and get in again it is not mod. Is there any Script to save the cars when you mod it in-game please help

i did everithing said for the installation and i get this error: fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "TVS"
