Hello guys!
I'm running windows 7 ultimate.
MY router: Ice.net D-35 3mb.
When I had 0.3b everything worked and no delay or high ping.
But after installing 0.3c + getting it to work (pain in the ass)
still when I enter the server I want to play on it's heavy delay.
About 1min delay for every command. I can play without delay on some
0.3c servers but not this one. But on this server if I want to enter a building
for example... it takes about 10min. And my ping + score is 0, but out on the client it
shows the score and ping. About 150 in ping on the client. But in-game nothing works.
I can't belive that samp is more demanding just cause 0.3c is realeased??
I mean come on... I can play every game online without prolem but not samp??
Please help me.

I often have this problem, But it happens like 15 minutes later after constant play.

If youhave any porn or a video or anything installing , That is probrably the problem. Especially uTorrent and sometime's MegaManager can be a pain in the ass ;\

Haha I knew I had this reply coming.
For me, My uTorrent is always closed whilst playing games, So that's not the problem.
However, Maybe that's Adam's problem.

uTorrent still download's whilst it is closed , You have to pause your major download's.
Tell adam that and tell him to scan his pc for useless files. And dont use Internet Explorer , Try firefox or ****** Chrome =D

How can it download if the process is no longer opened in the task manager?
EDIT : I heard the upload speed was eating much more the bandwidth than the download speed, And whenever I play a game other than SA-MP my internet runs fine, Such as BF2 Project Reality or WoW.
Oh and for the useless files, CCleaner isn't very good but that's the only program around.
For Malware, Use Malware-Bytes and for Viruses (If you do not already have an anti-virus software running) use ESET Online Scanner. Not Avast or McAfee.

I'm not downloading anything. I used CCleaner & malware-bytes + I use ****** chrome.
I get a good connection to everything except samp 0.3c. Problem remains.

White-bug, happens when you get packetloss to the server could be because you download, or you are just too far away from the server, i used to get it quite alot until i upgraded internet, but it happened way before .3c so it could possibly be a different problem.
