What happens with irc.sa-mp.com?
I tried to connect and I got this:
[22:17:52] * Connecting to irc.sa-mp.com (6667)

[22:17:53] * Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)

You should really learn to read... irc.sa-mp doesn't exist any longer and hasn't for some time now. It has been changed to irc.focogaming.com now.
