I dunno what this means but it closes my server right after someone has logged in / Registered or Spawned.

Maybe there are few files missing in scriptfiles folder?
Ehm... It also says that it happens because of expection at your adress or whatever.

Thats a GTA SA side crash, not SAMP. Check for invalid objects etc.
