Server adress (:7777)? - BlueKenny - 29.12.2010

When I start my server and i search it in the internet list it says that the address is ":7777" ?
Nobody can see my server, what's the problem?

Well looking at your IP address (192.168.1.64:7777)

192.168.1.x is a home network IP which only people on your network can see

- Go to http://whatismyip.com/
- get your ip address
- Start the server
- type the ip and port in http://typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/


that should tell you if your server shows up online for the rest of the world and if its shown in the internet list

You can't change your IP unless you have a Dymatic IP from your ISP.

i don't know what can be wrong with it then as i never tried to run a server off my home network

PS: If i was you i wouldn't double post as its breaking the forums rules.

You can try getting someone you trust on the forums and knows what they are doing to connect to your computer via teamviewer or something and look at it for you or trying buying from a VPS Server / Dedicated Server or renting a game server
