0.3c
2) Windows version.
Windows 7 Starter 32 bit
3) Video card type.
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150
3) IP:Port (if any) of the server you are trying to play on.
Its usually all servers
4) If you are crashing, paste the crash report in your post and say when the crash occurs.
N/A
5) If you are crashing loading SA-MP, please say whether GTA:SA single player works (test it).

6) Do you have any other GTA:SA mods installed? e.g. new vehicles.
Well, i have only 2 skin mods, BUT i was laggy BEFORE i installed theses mods

P.S. i did lowerd the visual fx to low

it happens to me too but i have Windows XP sweet , i am pissed off , i cant even walk normally without lagging , it makes me angry i Unistalled it and now when installing its fucked up >.< (heeeeeeeelp)

Thanks, helped a bit, still a bit laggy but its better
(Maybe im still lagging because i have a slow pc or... maybe removing the mods will help...)

You have an Intel onboard videocard, which is like the worste you can have.
I'm searching on ****** and it says it has 200mhz core and has 8 to 384mb of ram, you sir, need to get a better PC.
