Register/Login BUG. - Flatron - 29.12.2010

Hi, looking gamemodes where is the link to a registration key to "Spawn. "
Because there is such a thing, that is to say offline - Without the password, click on "Spawn"button, and can connect, but does not request a password.
As I have mentioned that I was looking everywhere for a replacement to the thing that would show only if it brought together a password.
Would anyone know how to fix it?
