uhmm " [03:18:56] filterscripts = "" (string) " that doesn't give u a hint?
open ur Servercfg
where it says " filterscript " remove it, or add something ( try not to leave it blank )
i could be wrong just try...

CHMOD your files to 777.

Its "nohup ./samp03svr &" to avoid it being killed.
