Fatal Error with 0.3C - Tetsuka - 28.12.2010

Hi guys, i tried to get the 0.3C version for my server today, i also pasted all in the new folders, and when i try to compile my gm i get;
C:\Users\Zaknafein\Desktop\Server RC7\gamemodes\Tetsuka4.pwn(9) : fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "dudb"

Can someone help me please?

re-download dudb, and put it in your include folder.
