error when someone try to connect.pls help - KaneSky - 27.12.2010

i have a server...i start the server i enter it work.....but when my friend try to connect it say
server closed the connection.Why?How i can repair?
i have dynamic ip but i used an program and i maked an ip...ipnthestreetczx.zapto.org

Edit:i dont have router
