Yes it is, you need to ask a moderator for it. ( Not pestering them ), or post in the username change thread ( I think it got removed? )

oh yeah because like a while ago i saw the thread where you can ask to change it, was looking for it but couldn't find it.

They do change. I got my name changed from Fredoweezy to DirtyLilFreak like 3 weeks ago (I guess) Just contact a moderator
