Probably your local ISP exchange sends data to the main exchange witch is aprox. 4500km far away. Like my connection, it sends data from Melbourne to Canberra and back again.

My ISP is like around 150-200KM away from me.

its only because its doing a traceroute on the ip, so it shows how far your packets are going, to go someone close.
