Sorry im asking this, but where i can change car colors? I want to make my police cars WHITE at my server, where i can change it ?

You can't. Not unless you make a command. Or spawn them white.

You can make them white by making the colors in AddStaticVehicle or AddStaticVehicleEx or CreateVehicle 1.
1 = white.
