Not sure whats wrong - interfaceboy - 23.12.2010

my friend didn't have a static ip, but i set him up with one. When we went to port forward (i am not sure if it worked he has a different router) he has a thomson router. I know me setting up the static ip worrked because it shows that it did. idk what to do please help
