hi newbie here....i just downloaded sa-mp 0.3b
i want to play it on lan with my brother
how to connect it via lan..?

You need to download the server software, and run it on one of your PCs, connect using the internal IPs (or 127.0.0.1 if running on your own PC).

Extract this and copy everything in your GTA San Andreas folder. Other questions regarding this are already answered, you could try and use the search bar.
