Hi
I want to know how much resources[RAM,CPU] use a samp 0.3c server on a linux OS.

You mean it depends on the script and what it runs... Using a GF edit would use a chunk of RAM because of how horribly scripted it was in general. You should keep in mind using file-based saving systems will also eat up space, CPU power and RAM as it needs to load, copy, close, load, store, close, etc...
