Theres a few servers out there who will remain nameless but constantly stay at the same "time" or "weather" namely because it seems to reduce lag sometimes, (so ive been told).
So im just curious. What do you prefer?

If Is a RP different weathers depending of the IRL sittuations like rain, fog etc..
for TDM's Only 1 weather the normal one but with a cool timer to transform it into nigth. (changing the time)
and for other just a dunamic weather,..

All weathers, and all times is the best, for RP servers, so I voted for all...

I like dynamic weather (except for mad storms, those are annoying), and dynamic time, but I also like SA in nighttime (LS can actually look beautiful in the night), so I voted for 3 options :P

Well, depends on the type of gm.
For RPs dynamic, realistic changing weather and a changing time is a must, or they will just be unreliable. You want to imitate a real world, but it is static and dead? messy.
Other GMs can do whatever they want to in my opinion. DMs can be more interesing with changing weather and time situations, because players have to change their tactics.

night time because thats when objects light up like las venturas and it looks nice

It depends where I am at.
If I'm in LV, then sure yea! Go night time!
But if I'm in LS, it is too dark so I prefer Day time.
