I still remember the tutorial. And the tutorial says this is one problem pretty common x_ x. I dont know how to fix, but I'd suggest to follow the tutorial again

EDIT: This can be the problem to your admin system dont allow your NPC through so it kicks them.

make sure that: your server has no password
you make a check on onplayerconnect, spawn, requestspawn etc. to check if the player is a NPC(just in case this blocks)
there are no scripts against NPCs (i've seen scripts like that)
