FPS Lagg. - Whizion - 20.12.2010

In certain parts of San Andreas my FPS drops a lot, and it's impossible to play in those parts of SA.

I have a good computer, capable of running all of the newest games on medium/high settings so this shouldn't be a problem.

Anyone got any ideas why is this happening?
