Mysql - Anthonyx3' - 20.12.2010

Hey guys, i have a question about mysql, yes i know this isnt really scripting help, but didn't think this should go in server support.

I am trying to start learning mysql, via localhost. I downloaded wamp and it worked for like the first day, now when i use it, localhost phpadmin wont load anymore, any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks in advance, and apologies if i posted in wrong section.

Re: Mysql - Leeroy. - 20.12.2010

Restart your Apache in Wampp. Also check your port 80. If you are using programs like Skype it could disable Apache so first start Wampp then login into Skype. I had similar problem with Wampp.

It started working again, lol. Thanks for ideas tho.

Re: Mysql - Leeroy. - 20.12.2010

Skype and Xfire use high priority on port 80 so they disallow Apache to run on the same port.
