why the hell are u doing this al the time?
if(IsPlayerNPC(playerid)) //Checks if the player that just spawned is an NPC.

GetPlayerName(playerid, npcname, sizeof(npcname));
maybe its because your returning one in the first isplayernpc check so it stops the function before the others
