I cannot figure this out! - Rokzlive - 16.12.2010

Im trying to make a speedtrap/cop system for my gm.

I want there to be speedtraps that i can set to see if someone is going over a certain speed in a certain area.
If they are i want it to ticket them, but to people with certain skin ids, they turn oarnge. Then cops can drive up in a cop car, press 2 or MMB on foot and fine them. And the player does /pay and the cop gets the money and the player loses it. And if they dont pay they are jailed for 1 minute.

Ive tired to use example from cops and robbers scripts but i just cant get it!
