51Inch Plasma 3D TV - Problem.. - Noss* - 16.12.2010

Hi guys,I'm writing here cause samsung are always being idiots on the phone so if anyone could help me it would be appreciated (:

I have bought a Samsung 51 Inch Plasma 3D TV and it's been working perfectly for the last.. 2 Months.

When i try to watch a 3D Movie now,I press the button on my glasses and the movie turns 3D,approximately 10 Seconds later the Glasses switch off.The glasses worked on the movie before but they don't anymore,I'm pretty sure the glasses are not broken because i tried it on all FOUR Pairs.

You would be better of staying on the phone with Samsung and trying to resolve the issue. Posting here just gets immature people who will begin to flame you over something stupid.

Alright,will do. I was just thinking someone could have a 3D Tv and could know the issue.

Have you got warranty on it still?

My TV always accidently falls down the stairs 1 day before the warranty runs out.

Yeah, and you get a shittier one as a replacement then think what you've done, lol.

Noss, also write a complaint to Samsung about their support at that area.

Are they battery powered? If yes, have you tried changing the batteries?

You should of waited a little bit before buying.
It new came out like 1 month ago or so.
and you see we can say it still in "beta"
Call the company you bought it for and ask them for support.
Or go to the store you bought it off and ask them what to do
