Help with camtasia studio 7 - blackwave - 14.12.2010

I record the video normally, without any lag, but when it's on avi and you watch it, it sucks =S

I did this one: 0:41 as a demo

Config:

Intel pentium dual core E2200 2.20ghz
2 gb ram
512mb nvidia geforce 8400GS


How do I resolve it? I saw everyone recording normally. But the weird is that doesn't lags while Im playing and recording

Camtasia isn't meant for in-game recordings it's more made for editing and screen recording (desktop)

I used to use it when I did ******* videos two years ago... I never got it to work with games. I don't know of any other game recorder other then Fraps of xFire. Either of the two I don't know if they support HD.
