you using 0.3b or 0.3c? and check the filters?

And i have buy my server for the Hostedlist and i can not see it.
Its not so good

You probably have the 0.3c samp.exe, make sure you closed samp.exe before installing 0.3b again

I can see 106 servers on the 0.3b version of hosted list.
