Title says it all.

I want to make a SA:MP server, but before I do I want to know how I could make myself an Admin.
Apart from that I would like to know how I could update my server once 0.3c comes out.

What do you mean by don't make a clone server? That was not my intention at all. I want to come up with something original.

And that's the problem I do not know how to script. I want to learn how to though.
