I don't know if it is just me but if I wanna stop DB-ing and press F once to get back into the car I will get spammed by warning opcodes and crash.

It has always been like this. It would anyhow be nice if we could open/close the windows with a function like VehicleWindows(vehicleid,false/true);
Then we could also fix this issue

It would be a nice additional feature, but I don't think it's possible due to the limits of GTA: San Andreas itself.
