"bind" problem - Mean - 12.12.2010

I did "bind 78.255.136.41" in server.cfg, I get this error ˇˇˇ˘˘˘

[19:42:10] Unable to start server on 78.255.136.41:9816. Port in use?

Any Help?

That IP must be your router's IP.

If no, go to whatsmyip.org and check it.

If yes, you need to portforward.
