Audio Plugin Help - jm2rock - 12.12.2010

How would I go on about making a basic /setstation command in which a station is streamed no matter where you are in the game (car, interior)

I would appreciate it if you would supply me some snippets but I want to learn so if you could just direct me if possible. By the way I'm using zcmd.
