You have to download foreach include and put it on your pawno/includes folder.

not: #include <Foreach>
its case sensitive

Go to the pawno/pawno/inlude folder and make sure that the foreach include is not a .txt.

If it is .txt, open it along with notepad, then copy it to notepad and click file>save as and type "foreach.inc" and put it in the correct folder.

I had this prob once.

Open pawno.exe -> Open File -> youscript.pwn
That usually happens when you got more than one pawno folder
