Fail object streamer, use the one for your samp version, example
U got 0.3c (just example) and u got streamer for 0.3b, you need to update the streamer.

How can i change it? I have a server on 0.3b. What should i do?

Just make your own streamer, or download Incognito's streamer. Never had problems with it.
