This bug stills happening:
Then, I spawned a Infernus color white, and look:
World time was 24, using 0.3c RC3-3, there you can see the vehicle models loaded.

That's not the same problem. That problem is caused by your objects.

This is GTA SA bug, when you press alt+tab or just Win button, its nothing big.

Sorry for double post, but I insist, this still happends..
I was in the middle of nowhere and no objects near.. I spawned another car, and the same thing, I was using 0.3c RC3-3. (And I didn't alt-tab or something similar...)

It's a GTA bug, I used to get this when I had a shitty nVidia FX 5200 graphics card.
