2 fast questions. Please help me

How do I do a phone system?
I mean, I did a shop already with a pickup inside. I want to set there that someone who enters the pickup can buy a phone, and he should get a random number.
a /call and /sms and /number command pelase too!
a system to call cops only, taxi, all services... (just gimme 1 example!)

How do I add jobs? I did a pickup where you can select a job, but how do I really do a system for it?
To earn money, do your real job for ex. as farmer if you ride the checkpoiints in the end you get your money. maybe a skill system, from 1-5.

you should gaze through scripts that you know include these functions.. nobody here will just give you a code and these things that you ask for isn't the easiest stuff to start with... you will learn it in time.. but as i said, the best way to learn is to look in other scripts.
