lol , if you ever player singleplayer , this awesome game , to understand the story and other things ..... you could see that you are bringed at this garage first time to tune your car (a lowrider at that mission)

Loco Low Co is the real name of it. Same as the name of the mission

what he said, almost everyone here scripts good, but does not know the meaning behind each area! area51 for example, most think and treat it as a military base when its not, its just a secret lab protected.
