I saw someone on ******* that had the same problem. They got a new graphics card and it fixed it.

I has problem like this before; I bought a new GFX card and it's been fine since.

This is happening on my new laptop lawl. Like it is 1 week old. I updated the drivers and nothing.

This happens when the server is using a bad Streamer too
