Redownload the PAWNO files (from the Windows Server Download package) try to compile there, otherwise, there is script bug that the compiler doesnt know how to handle

Do you have .net framework 3.5 and above?

may have a missing bracket, that sometimes crashes compiler or you have things where they shouldnt be
