This is a GTA:SA related issue, going into a different interior will make your attached object disappear.

i run GTA,spawn on LSPD garage,sitdown in car,and drive to exit and see that!

Yeah maybe try to use ****** translate, but if not, then just idk. Im pretty sure this is a bug becuase you modded your game becuase i "guess" you tried in single player right? Im still wondering if you can understand a single word i am writing but o'well i guess people who speak english will right?

It looks like a graphics card glitch (texture corruption) to me. I'd check GPU temperature. If it's high, clean out any dust in the fan etc. Check for latest video card drivers etc.

It's possible SA-MP is doing something that would corrupt the texture, but other people will get the same thing.

Well that's good, have you been overclocking?
If not, return your videocard to the store you bought it, it might be broken due ''artifacts''.
