I'm new & i don't know where to post that so if this post isn't in the right place I'll delete it
whatever i gust want to ask you guys if some 1 has a NPC who can attack the players in game
if some 1 can explain me who to make it or something it will be cool

Either in Scripting Discussion, or in Server Support. I would say that Scripting Discussion would be most relevant.
