This is very old and i made it when i was first learning to script!

Ok, i made this in a few mins! Its very simple!
You login to RCON and then say the command /restart.
It will announce to everyone "Admin: Server restarting in 10 minutes!" and will change the hostname to "Your Server Name [Pending Restart]"
After 10 minutes it will announce "Admin: SERVER RESTARTING!" and the server will restart!
After the restart you will see that the hostname has reset to normal!

This is so you can login, say /restart, and logout and let it do the rest.
