Hi guys,

I wanted to ask, can i make new skins for GTA SA, not mods for some other skins
I mean to make skin id 301 that all of people see it
And can i make new cars for GTA?I mean my server?

No.
Only objects can be added as a new object.
Others can only be replaced.
